Getting to Longhouse Laiya

Reaching your private beachfront escape is simple, whether you're driving or commuting.

By Private Vehicle

From Manila, take SLEX and connect to the STAR Tollway. Exit at Ibaan, then proceed to Rosario and continue to San Juan town proper. Follow the signs to Laiya and enter Porto Laiya. Once inside, follow the road directly to Longhouse Laiya. Travel time is approximately 3-3.5 hours depending on traffic. Free parking is available on-site.

By Public Transport

  • Bus or Van: From Manila (Cubao or Buendia terminals), take a bus or van bound for San Juan, Batangas.
  • Local Jeepney or Tricycle: From San Juan Public Market, ride a jeepney or tricycle to Laiya. Drop off at Porto Laiya gate, then proceed to Longhouse Laiya.
  • Travel Time: Approximately 4-5 hours from Manila.
