“My friends and I spent a great weekend at this grand yet very homey private villa in Porto Laiya, Batangas. It feels like a home away from home! Spacious rooms that breathe (windows? yes!), comfy beds with high-quality mattresses and sheets (finicky sleeper? no problem!), relaxing and modern bathroom space (ooh, good for the picky!), as well as lovely and cozy kitchen, dining, living, and leisure spaces. To top it all off, the whole place is really neat and clean! As in, ang linis talaga! Definitely never a dull moment with friends, family, or colleagues, especially with Longhouse Laiya’s wide range of amenities and facilities. ‘Di ka mawawalan ng magagawa. Like staying indoors? Pick your pleasure: swimming in a large private pool, pickleball, billiards, table tennis, basketball, mini-golf, videoke, internet, and more. My friends and I love videoke, so, aside from swimming (and siyempre eating!), we did a lot of that. Fancy the outdoors? Just step outside toward the sun-kissed beach and immerse yourself in sand and sea, or check out services offered in the area (by external providers). We took an easy, relaxing stroll to the beach, where the outdoor activities looked inviting! Longhouse Laiya is a great destination for company outings and seminars, group retreats, big family reunions, and barkada getaways as it’s suited for regular or large groups. 9 bedrooms, 34 beds, up to 52 guests, 10 toilets and baths! What?! There’s so much space that allows one to just breathe and take it all in—aah! Indeed, it is “the largest private villa and pool in Porto Laiya, Batangas” that glistens by day and glows by night. My friends and I really got to relax and enjoy our weekend surrounded by sun, sky, sea, sand, wind, grass, trees, and moon. No hassles, no worries of any kind; just ease of mind and soul. Yes, there’s no place like home, but there’s always Longhouse Laiya—a home away from home. Very highly recommended!”

“This house was made so thoughtfully. Really perfect for a big group because it has a big, modern kitchen, wide, airconditioned dining area, and pools for both adults and kids. It's a stone's throw away from the beach, but the house activities were more than enough to keep everyone occupied. Regardless, the beach can get pretty low during lowtide so its an interesting walk, most especially for the kids!”

“For those that are looking for a place of relaxation and an escape from the city, Longhouse Laiya is the place to visit. It has various recreational facilities that you can use: swimming pool, putting greens, pingpong table, darts, even a pickleball court. The place can also fit big groups like your friends and even for officemates for those company outings. The place is very clean and all the facilities are new. If you want to go to the beach, it is just few meters away from the beach front, mere walking distance. Various water activities are available (separate operator for these). We enjoyed our stay here since it was also serene and quiet. We will definitely come back to Longhouse Laiya! 💙🤓”
